Katie is a caring and helpful realtor! She was always available when I wanted to view a home and always remained positive if something did not work out. The home I purchased came up and she got right on the paperwork and put in the bid, that ended up being the reason I was "picked" by the seller, not because I had the highest bid or a conventional loan but because I was the first to have a bid submitted. She always stayed on top of everything and helped every step of the way. I could not be more excited about my purchase and I could not have chosen a better realtor!
